    The great and the meh

    The service was really good with friendly. The outdoor pool area was beautifully maintained, providing an oasis for relaxation.

    Though the rooms were decent, some appeared outdated and lacked soundproofing, which may disturb light sleepers. The dining options felt limited, particularly for those with specific dietary preferences.

    All employees in all areas of the hotel were extremely cordial and always helpful, chatted with us and always tried to make us feel good. The location is especially nice and in 2 minutes you are already at the harbour.

    The cleanliness of the restaurant (dishes, coffee pots etc.) left something to be desired. I also think that the towels in the pool area should be cleaned daily in a 5-star house.

    The water in the shower room was constantly changing temperature from boiling water to cool water. It was hard to adjust. And instead of a blanket, you have to add at least an extra sheet to cover yourself at night.

    The public areas were very nice, the staff were wonderfully attentive, and the food was good. There was a nice little balcony that looked out sideways at the sea (not billed as a ocean-view). Bottle of wine and some fruit in the room. The best thing by far was the staff - they were all awesome.

    The rooms were not five-star - clean but quite small and the bed had a hard mattress and was covered with only sheets and a bedspread; no blankets. I would come back here to spend time outside, not in the room.

    the food was a bit repetitive but the amenities were great! loved the outdoor dining area, the staff was super helpful even offering cozy blankets at dinner, and the views of the sunset were just stunning!

    Very good breakfast buffet, great selection. Very nice pool area with many nice shady sunbeds. Ideally located, close to the harbour and the city centre.

    Unfortunately, major renovation work is under way, but there will be a great spa area in the future.

    The sea view room we had was spacious and beautifully clean, with a cozy outdoor seating area where we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the waves. The staff were friendly.
